1. Agreement
By accessing Veterinary Media.ai websites, the mobile application, or purchasing continuing education (CE) content, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services
Veterinary Media.ai provides veterinary continuing education courses, live events, speaker content, and VetConsult AI clinical search. Some features require a free or paid account.
3. Subscriptions (Mobile App)
Veterinary Media Premium is an auto-renewable subscription offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
- Premium unlocks enrollment in paid CE courses within the mobile app.
- Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
- Restore Purchases is available in the app for users who reinstall or change devices.
4. Individual Course Purchases (Web)
On the web, individual courses may be purchased via Stripe checkout at prices based on CE credit hours. SCAV member discounts and annual benefits apply as described at checkout.
5. VetConsult AI
VetConsult sends your clinical questions to Google Gemini (Google LLC) to generate evidence-based answers. You must grant explicit in-app consent before using VetConsult. VetConsult is for professional education and is not a substitute for independent clinical judgment or emergency care.
6. CE Credit & RACE
CE credit availability varies by course and jurisdiction. Completion certificates reflect course metadata at the time of completion. RACE approval status is shown on each course where applicable.
7. Account & Termination
You may delete your account in the mobile app Profile settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
